Pictures Needed

We intend for this site to be a complete visual history of the 1963 graduating class, but we are woefully short on qualifying pictures. What is a qualifying picture you say? Well, just about anything that harks back to high school and/or embarrases the pants off you! We are open minded here. So if you have some pictures of the 1963 gang, no matter what year or where they were taken, please pass them along by emailing them to the committee.

A short explanation of each picture will suffice. Not all pictures will be posted, obviously, but we will do our best to post an appropriate representation from those nice enough to contribute. Some pictures may not conform to the layout of the site.

Note: Pictures of children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren will be respectfully declined!

Talent Search

Do you have a special talent that you would like to share with your classmates? You know - like skits- "Lion's follies" type of entertainment, karaoke, etc. You get the idea. If you don't mind possibly embarrassing yourself, please contact us.

Stories Needed

If you have any stories that you would like to share from high school or your lifetime, please let us know. There may be some prizes awarded for verifiable stories.

The first story of interest was shared by Kay, about her and Eddie. We personally did not know that "dumpster diving" was a high school activity, but Kay assures us that it was.

Kay has also setup an event page on Classmates.com if you would like to visit there.

We have many unanswered questions about the past antics of some of our fellow classmates. For example:

  • What did Jay Neill and Dale Johnston do on their trip to Wild Horse Canyon?
  • Why did Patty Byrd climb out of a second story bathroom window?
  • Why was Doris Evans Lynch's bedroom window screen always loose?
  • Who had the best slumber parties? Doris?? Sally?? Janet??

Memorabilia Needed

Since reunions are basically about renewing old acquaintances and rehashing memories, how about bringing us some of your favorite memorabilia from the '63 JTHS era, or from your junior and sophomore years. Prizes will be awarded for the most interesting items.
